Cancellation policy: STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. There is a automatic confirmation 24-48 hours in advance that is sent via text or email. You are responsible for confirming the appointment as well as cancelling the appointment in the proper amount time to avoid the cancellation fee. Since the service(s) booked are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% rate fee for your scheduled service(a). “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service Amount.
